• How to layer acrylic paints to create a feathery & scaly effect!

Materials I Use (but use whatever you'd like):

• Acrylic paints - I use DecoArt Americana Craft Paint (but any will do)
  
  • White
    
  • Black
  • Ultra Blue Deep
  • Turquoise Blue
  • Bahama Blue
  • Wisteria
    
  • Pink
• 5"x7" board/watercolor paper
• Brushes
  
  • You can use any brand but make sure you have a small liner, and a size 2,6, 10 round brushes, and a size 12 filibert or flat brush. 
• Palette or paper plate for paint
  
• Water cup 
  
• Paper towel or rags
