Shipping policy

The processing time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Sey Studios is located in the United States of America.

All orders receive tracking.

When placing an order please note that shipping is between 2-4 weeks of ordering. Some items are in stock. Some are made to order. Some need to be special ordered.

Shipping within the US normally takes 3-5 business days after processing time. This time may vary due to mail carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping to the rest of the world is unknown with processing time, although customs can occasionally delay packages further (this is after processing time, aka as time needed to create custom orders.) Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Sey Studios is not responsible for delays or lost items due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, post office issues, or customs. Once it leaves the studio, it is in the hands of USPS. Issues should be directed to your local post office.
